– This course introduces you to the CCPS Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS) implementation approach that is described in the Guidelines for Implementing Process Safety Management Systems, 2016 as well as the Guidelines for Auditing Process Safety Management Systems, 2010.Â
– The course will help you audit, design, implement, and maintain a risk-based process safety management system that fits your company’s needs and resources. This in in addition to real examples on successful implementation of the process safety systems.

– Value the importance of Risk Based Process Safety (RBPS) and how it fits into business success
– Attendees will learn the main steps for implementing the PSM inside the oil and gas companies will be determined.
– Attendees will determine the leadership roles regarding the implementation of the PSM system inside their organizations.
– Attendees will obtain knowledge to determine the required resources for smooth PSM implantation.
– Attendees will learn how to perform the PSM gap assessment for the oil and gas companies according to the CCPS guidelines requirements.

Course prerequisites
- The attendees shall attend the CCPS Risk based process safety course and pass the course assessment prior attending this workshop.
- The attendees shall submit the requested CCPS Risk based process safety course assignment prior attending this workshop.
